1. ЮЛ или ЕТ, регистрирани по Търговски закон/Закона за кооперациите. Да са регистрирани преди 31.12.2019 г.

2. Допустими категории:

• Микро (персонал от 1 до 9); Малки (персонал от 10 до 49) и Средни предприятия (персонал от 50 до 249);

• Малки дружества със средна пазарна капитализация (годишен оборот до 100 млн. евро, или стойност на активите до 86 млн.евро и персонал от 250 до 499)

• Дружества със средна пазарна капитализация (персонал от 500 до 3000)

3. Да са реализирали нетни приходи от продажби за 2021 г.:

• Микро предприятие ≥ 80 000 лв.

• Малко предприятие ≥ 200 000 лв.

• Средно предприятие ≥ 800 000 лв.

• Малко дружество със средна пазарна капитализация или Дружество със средна пазарна капитализация ≥ 3 000 000 лв.

4. Всички сектори на дейност с изключение на недопустимите сектори:

• сектор А  „Селско, горско и рибно стопанство“

• сектор D “Производство и разпределение на електрическа и топлинна енергия и на газообразни горива“

• сектор K „Финансови и застрахователни дейности“

• сектор О „Държавно управление“,

• сектор Т „Дейности на домакинства като работодатели;

• сектор U „Дейности на екстериториални организации и служби“

1. Financing amount from 75,000 BGN to 1,000,000 BGN.

2. The maximum amount of aid shall not exceed:

• Micro enterprises: 90% of the sum of net sales revenue for 2019, 2020 and 2021, divided by 3.

• Small businesses: 60% of the sum of net sales revenue for 2019, 2020 and 2021, divided by 3.

• Medium-sized enterprises: 25% of the sum of net sales revenue for 2019, 2020 and 2021, divided by 3.

• Small and Mid-Cap Companies: 10% of the sum of net sales revenue for 2019, 2020 and 2021, divided by 3.

3. Maximum aid intensity (%) outside the South-West region:

• Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises: 50%

• Small and Mid Cap Companies: 45%

Maximum aid intensity for the South-West region:

• Micro and Small Enterprises: 50%

• Medium-sized enterprises: 45%

• Small and Mid Cap Companies: 35%

Construction of photovoltaic installations up to 1 MW for own consumption in combination with local energy storage facilities (batteries).

• Expenses for acquisition of fixed assets (FIXED)

• Costs for construction and installation works on roof/facade/adjacent property

• Costs for consulting services of an engineering and technical nature

• Costs for acquisition of intangible assets

The installed capacity of the constructed photovoltaic system should not exceed more than 2 times the amount of capacity provided in the contract with the applicant's ERD.

The photovoltaic system should be built on a building/property that is fully owned by the applicant company or only the applicant has the established right to build and the building is put into operation on the date of application.
