About the procedure
Support for Bulgarian enterprises for the implementation of projects awarded the "Seal of Excellence" by the European Innovation Council for the period 2018-2023 in the competitive sessions of the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programs.

Funds from: The National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
Eligible candidates
1. Traders under the Commercial Code or the Cooperatives Act.
2. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises registered before 31.12.2019.
3. Enterprises whose projects have been awarded the " Seal of Excellence " under the "Horizon 2020" and "Horizon Europe" programs in the period from 2018 to 2023 inclusive (Seal of Excellence, SoE);
Amount of funding
Funding amount: equal to the amount of funding for the project awarded the "Seal of Excellence" from the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programs, but not more than BGN 4,889,575.
Financing intensity up to: 70% of the project value.
Eligible costs
The categories, maximum allowable amounts and methods for calculating costs specified in the project proposal awarded the “Seal of Excellence” under the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programmes are eligible, as follows:
Direct remuneration costs
Expenses for purchasing fixed assets
Depreciation costs of existing own equipment and tools
Costs for materials and supplies
Travel expenses
Costs for acquiring specialized software
Costs for providing a certificate of financial opinion
