Procedure BG-RRP-4.021 "Support for energy renovation of buildings in the field of production, trade and services"

• Микро предприятия (персонал от 1 до 9);

• Малки предприятия (персонал от 10 до 49)

• Средни предприятия (персонал от 50 до 249);

• Големи предприятия (персонал над 249)

3. Да са реализирали нетни приходи от продажби за 2022 г.:

• Микро предприятие ≥ 70 000 лева

• Малко предприятие ≥ 150 000 лева

• Средно предприятие ≥ 650 000 лева

• Голямо предприятие ≥ 3 500 000 лева

1. Amount of funding:

• Micro enterprises up to 100,000 BGN.

• Small businesses up to BGN 300,000.

• Medium-sized enterprises up to BGN 500,000.

• Large enterprises up to BGN 1,500,000.

2. Maximum aid intensity (%):

Under the de Minimis regime: 65% of the investment.

Under the Investment Aid for EE regime:

In the Southwest region:

• Small businesses: 55%

• Medium-sized enterprises: 45%

• Large enterprises: 35%

Outside the Southwest region:

• Small businesses: 65%

• Medium-sized enterprises: 55%

• Large enterprises: 45%

Construction/engineering costs:

1. Implementation of EE measures (heating systems, cooling systems, ventilation, building renovation, lighting, etc.).

2. Implementation of RES measures (photovoltaic systems, geothermal systems, etc.).

3. Existing construction works necessary for the implementation of the measures.

IMPORTANT: Required technical documents when applying:

• Energy efficiency survey of the relevant building.

• KSS for the energy saving measures planned for implementation in energy efficiency surveys

• Letter from the Regional Inspectorate for Environment and Water/MoEW stating that an EIA is not required or a Decision to assess the need for an EIA or issued Decisions under the Environmental Protection Act and the Biodiversity Act.

It is a mandatory requirement that after implementing the measures in the buildings, a minimum of 30% primary energy savings be achieved for each site.
